1. Our Commitment

At CareFor Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help you with a smooth and fair return process.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Damaged items not due to our error


3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return process:

  1. Email us at info@careforclothing.click with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will reply with return instructions and a return address

  3. Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email about the status of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos and a description of the issue

  • We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund at no extra cost


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider

  • It may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If after 10 business days you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@careforclothing.click
